Petitioner is not satisfied with the investigation in case FIR No. 122 dated August 17, 2009 registered at Police Station Majitha under Sections 452, 326, 323, 148, 149 IPC alleging that Tarlok Singh and Santokh Singh who are named in the FIR and specific part has been attributed to them, are given preferential terms and not being arrested.

This petition is disposed of with a direction that the necessary steps will be taken by the investigating agency to determine the involvement of Tarlok Singh and Santokh Singh and in case they are found to be involved in the case, necessary steps in accordance with the provisions of law, will be taken. The abovesaid exercise will be done within a period of three months after the receipt of a certified copy of this order.
