The petitioner claims that the matter has been compromised in a private complaint filed by complainant- respondent under Section 506 IPC and Section 3 (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
On asking of the Court, it has been informed that the case is fixed for the examination of witnesses after framing of charges. As the matter has been compromised, it will be open to the complainantrespondent to withdraw the complaint on the basis of compromise.
