Writ petition filed by the petitioners was allowed on 19.3.2010 and the respondents were directed to interview the petitioners treating them eligible and to consider them for selection to the post of Arts and Crafts Teacher in accordance with law.
In pursuance of the said direction, Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission-respondent has filed an affidavit dated 19.10.2010 pointing out that results of the petitioners have been declared after considering them eligible but none of the petitioners fall in the selection zone.
In view of the said fact, no further orders are called for in the present contempt petition. Consequently, the same is dismissed as having been rendered infrucutous.
