This Court vide order dated 29.04.2009 directed the Investigating Officer to submit report under Section 173 of the Cr.P.C.
In the reply filed by way of an affidavit of Mr. Sarwan Singh, ASI (Retd.), it has been pointed out that the cancellation report under Section 173 of the Cr.P.C. has been filed on 09.06.2009 and that notice has been issued to the complainant.
In view of the said fact, no further orders are called for in the present contempt petition. The same is accordingly dismissed.
