In terms of the order passed by this Court on 9.1.2009, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the matter in dispute was reconsidered by the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited and vide communication dated 6.10.2009, the appellant has been offered allotment of the plot in question at the current price, which has been accepted by the appellant.
In view of the aforesaid development, the present appeal has been
rendered infructuous.
