Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that in view of the terms of the agreement signed between the parties that the matter be dealt with by the Managing Director of the Corporation as the agreement specifically provide for that exigency.
In view of this, the order passed by the learned court below and the impugned award deserves to be set aside and the respondents are given liberty to refer the matter to its Managing Director to be dealt with for decision of the dispute in terms of the agreement signed between the parties.
Ordered accordingly.
The appeal is disposed of.
