Learned counsel for the parties submitted that the dispute between them was settled by way of a Compromise Deed, copy whereof has been placed on record along with CM No.8077-C of 2009. The statement of all the parties to the dispute was recorded by this court on October 15, 2009 where they stated that the present appeal be disposed of in terms of the compromise.
Accordingly, in terms of the Compromise Deed signed on June 9, 2009, the present appeal is accepted and disposed of in terms thereof. The Compromise Deed entered into between the parties shall form part of the decree.
