Learned counsel for the petitioner
has pointed out that the respondents have addressed the grievance of the petitioner. A Committee has been formed which shall accept the documentary evidence and other material from the petitioner to allow her to show that the certificate that has been termed as bogus in the impugned order, is infact genuine.

Learned counsel states that the petitioner shall project her case before the Committee.
In view of the above, this petition
is disposed of.
In case the petitioner is
continuing in job in view of order dated 27.10.2009, status-quo shall be maintained till
passing of fresh order by the Committee.
