It is admitted that the petitioner was not appointed on regular basis against a regular post. The petitioner, admittedly, absented without sanctioned leave. In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to make out any ground for judicial review of administrative decision taken by the respondents.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
