Petitioners have brought this petition under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for seeking anticipatory bail in criminal complaint No. 908-1 dated 2.7.2004, titled as “Jaibir Singh versus Ichha Ram and another” pending before Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hisar under section 3(v) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners in terms of order dated 17.3.2009 have already appeared before the trial court and submitted their bail bonds which have been accepted vide order dated 25.3.2009.
In this view of the matter, order dated 17.3.2009 whereby
