Petitioners have filed this petition under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for protection of their life and liberty.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners are major and have married to each other. He further contends that no case is registered against any of the petitioners at the instance of respondent nos. 5 to 8. Now they apprehend danger to their lives at the hands of respondent Nos. 5 to 8.
