Petitioner has brought this petition under section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure for seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 200 dated 8.12.2005 under sections 302/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mallanwala District Ferozepur.
The bail application of the petitioner, who appears to be a prime accused in this case, has already been dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 18.9.2008 passed in Criminal Misc.-M No. 22563 of 2008. So, I find no fresh ground for grant of bail.
Dismissed.
