Counsel for the petitioner states that in terms of the said order, the petitioner has furnished the personal bonds and surety bond, which have been accepted and attested by the trial court on 26.3.2009. This fact has not been disputed by counsel for the respondent-State.
In view of the aforesaid fact, the interim order dated 6.3.2009 is made absolute.
Petition is accordingly disposed of.
