By this order, I intend to dispose of Crl.M.Nos. M-25518 of 2008 and M-18869 of 2008, as both arise out of FIR No. 59 dated 31.3.2008 under Sections 323, 324, 326, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur (Annexure P-1). A cross version on the statement of Gurdip Singh was recorded in the said FIR.
The parties have arrived at a compromise. Manjinder Singh is present in Court and is identified by Sh. J.B.S. Gill, Advocate. Gurdip Singh is also present in Court and is identified by Sh. S.K.

Sharma, Advocate. Original compromise has also been placed on the file. Parties are co-villagers. The matter involved is personal in nature. Parties can live together peacefully.
So, in view of the authority reported as Kulwinder Singh and others vs. State of Punjab and others 2007 (3) RCR (Criminal) 1052, the abovesaid FIR and cross version in the said FIR stand quashed. Further proceedings, in pursuant to that FIR also stand quashed.
