In terms of the order dated 03.09.2009 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court (Mahesh Grover, J.), the petitioner had been directed to surrender himself to the jurisdiction of the learned Trial Court by or on a given date. The further order was that the petitioner shall be released thereafter subject to his furnishing surety and bail bonds to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. In support of the

averment that the petitioner has complied with the order, the learned counsel has today placed on record a copy of the order dated 07.09.2009 where from it is evident that he was released on bail on 07.09.2009 in compliance with the orders of this Court.
