This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing respondent No.2 to arrest Yash Pal s/o Charan Dass, resident of Village and P.O. Sidhwan Dona and to interrogate him and challaned him in FIR No. 14 dated 7.2.2008, under Sections 15/61/85 of the NDPS Act and Section 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Sadar, Kapurthala.
In reply filed by the State, it has been mentioned that it is the petitioner who has placed the bag in the house of Yash Pal through Bachittar Singh @ Marra.
In view of the reply and investigation of the case, the present petition is without any substance and the same stands dismissed.
