Pritam Singh-Clerk, who is present in Court, has stated at the Bar that amount of Rs.1,37,870/- each is pending in two accounts i.e. about Rs.2,75,000/-. On 20.11.2008, counsel for the petitioners had stated at the Bar that the petitioners are ready to deposit the whole of the amount due to the bank. That amount has not been deposited till today.
Counsel for the petitioners seeks time of one month to deposit the same. So, the petitioners are directed to deposit the amount of Rs.2,75,000/- with the above said bank upto 10.2.2009. In case that amount is deposited, the order dated 22.5.2008 shall be deemed to have been made absolute. However, in case that amount is

deemed to have been dismissed.
