Counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, contends that the petitioner has already deposited Rs.1,40,681/- out of Rs.2,31,360/- towards fine. He further submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. This fact is admitted by the learned counsel for the State on instructions received from ASI Bhupinder Singh.
In view of the above, order dated 20.5.2009 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when called for. He shall also abide by the provisions of Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
