The petitioner in this case is the brother-in-law (Jeth) of the complainant. On the last date of hearing, it was admitted by the counsel for the complainant that car has been returned but a gold kada and ring are yet to be recovered.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions received from his client, who is present in Court has stated that gold kada and ring shall be returned on the next date of hearing.

Today, the petitioner has returned gold kada and ring in the open Court to Mr.S.S. Sandhu, learned counsel for the complainant.
In view of the above, nothing is to be recovered from the petitioner at this stage, thus the order dated 16.5.2008 is hereby made absolute.

It is directed that the petitioner shall join the
investigation as and when required.
