The order dated 7.4.2008 (Annexure P-7), which is subject matter of challenge in the instant petition is admittedly an appealable order. Learned counsel for the petitioner requests for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to avail the remedy of appeal.
Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed in terms of the
prayer made.
