This petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution prays for issuing direction to the respondents to to make the payment of works executed by the petitioners along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum.
We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner at some length and perused the paper book. The matter is taken up for final disposal.
For the relief claimed in the instant petition, the petitioner has already sent a legal notice dated 22.1.2008 (Annexure P-1) to the respondents. Therefore, without going into the merits of the case, we dispose of the writ petition at this stage with a direction to the respondents to take a decision on the legal notice dated 22.1.2008 (P-1) by passing a
