Petitioner Sevak has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.218 dated 17.4.2006 registered under Sections 323/324/506/307 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station City, Palwal.
I have been informed by the State counsel that the case is now fixed before the trial Court for final arguments for 6.12.2006. In view of the said fact, at this stage I do not find any ground to consider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail.
Dismissed.
