The writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the Executive Engineer to refund the balance amount of Rs.3,87,000/- against work done under different schemes of MLA fund and the representation, which have been made before the Executive Engineer concerned has not been addressed, and has been pending since 05.06.2025.

Petitioner is directed to make fresh representation before Respondent No.3, the Chief Engineer, Local Engineering Department, Government of Bihar, Patna within a period of four weeks from today with all supportive materials.
