Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed the instant application for

the following relief (s) :-

“1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions Commanding the Respondents particularly the Respondent No. 5 to dispose of the representation filed by the Petitioner on 02-05-2024 and 30-082025 received through his office and on 13-022026 through the speed post, in view of direction

passed by the Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C No. 17619 of 2022 vide order dated 16-04-2024 and or issuance of any other writ or writs under the facts and circumstances of the case.”

On perusal of material on record, it transpires that the petitioner moving this Court earlier for the similar relief vide CWJC no. 17619 of 2022, which stood dismissed as not pressed by order dated 16.4.2024.

The relevant part of the order dated 16.4.2024 is reproduced herein below for ready reference :

“2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.”
