Court stating therein that the death of her father took place as a result of suffering from high blood pressure. Further with respect to the postmortem report it is submitted that linear fracture has been found on the front parietal region which may be caused due to a fall also. It is submitted that charge has been framed and two witnesses have been examined. None of them have supported the prosecution case. The petitioner is in custody since 30.9.2025 and he undertakes to cooperate in the trial.
