APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 12 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 447, 448, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Later Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have fired upon the victim who died after 11 months from the date of alleged occurrence.

The petitioner is in jail since 10.12.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the the co-accused Krishna Kumar

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application
