The instant appeal has been filed by the appellant against the order dated 8.7.2025 passed by the learned Exclusive Special Judge, SC/ST (POA) Court, Begusarai whereby the bail application of the appellant in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 144 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 64(2), 70(1) of the BNS, under Sections 3(1)(w), 3(2) (v) of SC/ST (POA) Act and under Sections 67, 67(a) of the I.T. Act, was rejected.
