The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) to execute the order dated 26.02.2016 passed by the respondent no. 3 in Case No. 15/2015-16 whereby and where under the respondent nos. 5 & 6 were directed to ensure the compliance of the said order.

(ii). to hold that the respondent

nos. 5 & 6 are sitting idle over the matter and they have done nothing to ensure the compliance of the aforesaid order.

A counter affidavit has come on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 to 5 and paragraph 9 and 10 shows that the matter is purely land related but needs to be adjudicated by a competent Civil Court.

This Court is also of the same view, the petitioner ought to have approached the appropriate authority/competent Court on civil/criminal side for the redressal of the grievance.

In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the competent authority/Court for the redressal of the grievance. Needless to add, if such petition is/are filed, the same has to be adjudicated at an earliest after putting all the parties on notice.
