and to submit defence in their support.
(ii) for a further direction to the Respondents to withdraw or drop the said proceedings of Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 06 of 2015-16 and Case No. 21 of 2015-16 as the lands running under said Jamabandi exclusively belongs to this petitioner with full right and title.
(iii) for a direction to stay the further proceedings of both the cases of Jamabandi Cancellation during pendency of instant application.
(iv) for any other relief of reliefs, the petitioner is entitled for.”
