The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

“for issuance of a writ preferably in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the respondents concerned to get the Khatiyani lands of the petitioner free from the possession of Respondent State as also not to disturb the

possession of the petitioner over a part of the land on which there is a residential house of the petitioner. And/or any other relief/, writ/writs, order/orders, direction/ directions, for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

A counter-affidavit has come on behalf of the respondents duly executed by the Circle Officer, Triveniganj, Supaul filed in the year 2020 after service of copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

After some arguments, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the petitioner is allowed to approach competent forum/authority/Court for the redressal of the grievance.

Granting said liberty and without commenting on the merit of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of.
