The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 433 of 2022 arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 126 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 302, 304(B) and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is alleged to have tortured the victim and killed her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 06.08.2022 and the trial has started.

Case No. 126 of 2022, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
