12 10-05-2023 Alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 03.07.2018 passed in CWJC No. 16515 of 2014, the present contempt application has been filed.
Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that order dated 28.03.2023 (Annexure A to 2nd Supplementary show-cause) has been passed by the authorities in compliance of the writ Court's order.
In view of the substantial compliance, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the contempt proceedings.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the order does not take care of the petitioner's grievance.
He, therefore, may assail the order in appropriate proceedings.
