For quashing of the notice dated 9.2.2013 issued by Manager (T.L.) construction Power Grid, Gopalganj through which they were directed to stop their construction work and for any other relief(s) for which the petitioners may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
