Though the present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 13.01.2020, passed by the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, whereby and whereunder the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license has been rejected, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner has, at the outset, submitted that the petitioner be granted liberty to file appropriate appeal challenging the aforesaid order dated 13.01.2020. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits, without being

impeded by the issue of limitation and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
