Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No.212 of 2022 registered under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. The name of the petitioners surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Gaurav Kumar @ Bhola. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
