Petitioner is accused in connection with Dumara
P.S. Case No. 144 of 2019 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is
that earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail has been rejected twice by this Court on 01.03.2021 and 02.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 17430 of 2020 and 41547 of 2021 on merit. Further he submits that now the fresh ground for grant of regular bail is that the petitioner has been languishing in custody since 21.11.2019 i.e. more than three years.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be
