Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 92 of 2022 registered under Sections 147, 149, 353, 504 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case on account of suspicion. Further submission is that the petitioners are the members of mob. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 92 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
