Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.
The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.08.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 27114 of 2022, by which the petitioner Kallu Singh was directed to surrender in the court below within six weeks from the said order.
For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 24.08.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 27114 of 2022 for surrender of the petitioner Kallu Singh is extended by four weeks from today.
