Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well
as the learned APP for the State.
The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.02.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 54468 of 2022, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.
For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order 01.02.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 54468 of 2022 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today.
