This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Sakatpur P.S.Case No. 80 of 2022.
As per allegation, the petitioner in drunken condition snatched motor-cycle and a mobile phone including a gold chain from the possession of the informant.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2022. The entire allegation is false. He has submitted further that the seizure list is false and concocted. The registration number of the motorcycle has been mentioned in the FIR, whereas the same has not been mentioned in the seizure list.
Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Darbhanga in

connection with Sakatpur P.S.Case No. 80 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:-
1. The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date fixed before the court below till framing of charge, and if he fails to appear on two consecutive dates without any reason or unavoidable circumstances, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bond.
