Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The case arises out of Rudrapur P.S. Case No.48 of

2019 under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, Sitaram Jha alleges that on 13.05.2019, when after withdrawing of Rs.1,00,000/- from Allahabad Bank, he was returning home, three unknown persons riding on a bike looted his amount on a gun point. Subsequently, during course of investigation one Ranjeet Chaudhary was arrested and he gave the name of all the accused persons and further disclosed that the looted amount was distributed among all the accused persons at the house of this very petitioner, Amar Sharma.

A bare perusal of the order dated 29.07.2021 passed by the learned court below, while rejecting the prayer of bail,

would show that the petitioner was on a run for almost two years and came into judicial custody/surrendered only after issuance of process under Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. The para-3 of the bail application further reflects that he has been accused in a case of similar nature earlier too.

Considering all the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner herein, which is accordingly rejected.

The Trial court is directed to conclude the Trial without undue delay.
