The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered u/s 341, 323, 324, 325, 448, 354, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on 13.08.2020 at about 6:30 P.M. the daughter of the informant, her aunt and her cousin sister were going to see Janmashtami fair when her aunt and

cousin sister proceeded through a dense forest, The petitioners dragged the daughter of the informant and started taking her away forcefully with bad intention. On halla, the aunt and cousin sister returned to her and these three petitioners left the daughter of the informant and fled away. It is further alleged that on 14.08.2020 at around 8-9 o'clock in the morning, the petitioners along with other co-accused persons armed with lathi, danda, bhala, farsa, garasa, tengari and hammer came and the co-accused Mithilesh Paswan assaulted the informant with tengari on his head with intent to kill and due to which he sustained injury and fell down. When other persons came to rescue, they were also assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 15.06.2022.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court concerned, Benipatti, Madhubani in
