2 17-08-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to

remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Parbatta P.S.Case No. 210 of 2019 (G.R.No. 1615/2019).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the case was registered under Sections 341, 323,

379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code for trivial offences. The investigating authority did not require custodial interrogation from the petitioners and they were granted the benefit of Section 41(1) of the Cr.P.C.

The petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below and if they surrender within four weeks, the learned court below shall dispose of their bail petition on the same day, it may take notice of the fact that the investigating authority did not require custody of the petitioners.

With these observations, the application stands disposed of.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
