The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No.102 of 2020 instituted
for the offences under Sections 8/20 (b)(ii)(c) of N.D.P.S. Act.
Taking into consideration the contents of the case diary, which shows the involvement of the petitioner, in a NDPS case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
The same is accordingly dismissed.
