The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection

with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 223 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 1, 6, 8 and 9 have been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed.

The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn with regard to petitioner no.1 namely Fakeera, petitioner no. 6, namely Anwar Alam, petitioner no. 8 namely Munna and petitioner no. 9 namely, Adnan.

So far as above named petitioner no. 2 namely Bagdu , petitioner no. 4 namely, Sakil and petitioner no. 5 namely, Meraj Alam is concerned, considering that the petitioners have been named by the deceased in the F.I.R. by the complainant, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner nos. 2, 4 and 5.
