The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nayaramnagar P.S. Case No. 120 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 448, 307, 325, 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are cross cases and injuries have been caused on both the parties. From perusal of the case diary at para 34, it appears that open firing was made between the

parties and injuries have been caused on both the sides.

Considering the nature of allegations, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioners and in the event of arrest they shall be released on bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
