3 11-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing.
The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.117 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The name of the petitioners is crept in the investigation, therefore, in the circumstances, where the petitioners are alleged to have used firearms in a public, the other accused petitioners namely Ajeet Kumar, Deo Kumar and

Rajeev Kumar are also alleged to have used firearm, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
The same is accordingly dismissed.
