The present writ petition has been filed for quashing that part of the letter / order contained in memo no. 2483 dated 18.12.2020, issued under the signature of Respondent No. 3, whereby and whereunder application has been invited for ward no. 16 in the urban area of Sadar Ara vide Sl. No. 69, for grant of PDS license, afresh.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara for redressal of her aforesaid grievances.
Accordingly, the present writ petition
