The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to publish the result of the petitioner regarding Combined Department / Junior Engineer (Civil) Examination conducted by the Bihar Technical Service Commission for which an advertisement was published vide Advertisement No. 01 /2019 under the Orthopedically Handicapped (OH) General Category inasmuch as the petitioner is a BC Category candidate and is possessing higher

marks than the General category candidate.

The petitioner seeks liberty to file appropriate representation before the Respondent no. 4 i.e. the Secretary, Bihar Technical Service Commission, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 4 by filing appropriate representation with regard to the aforesaid grievances and in case, such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
