The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case CA No. 2817 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that his client is ready to pay rupees two lakhs to the opposite party No. 2 within eight weeks, he is granted anticipatory bail.

The petitioner will move before the court below for

bail with a receipt showing payment and upon verification of the
